Child Sex Charges Added In Manheim Twp. Shooting
(Manheim Twp, PA) -- Child sex charges have been added against a man accused in a shooting in Manheim Township last year. Police say officers found the phone of 23-year-old Isaiah Ramon Cabrera of Lancaster after the shooting last August on Tanglewood Lane. There were no injuries in the shooting, but investigators say they later found child pornography on the confiscated phone. Some of the images and videos were allegedly created by Cabrera while he abused a 15-year-old girl.
