Arrest Made in Anti-Semitic Note Left at Dickinson College

(Carlisle, PA) - Police in Carlisle have arrested a man believed caught on camera delivering an anti-Semitic note at Dickinson College. Fifty-two-year-old Ronald Bates is alleged to have left the note at the school's Asbell Center for Jewish Life on Wednesday. Bates is accused of ethnic intimidation, harassment, and disorderly conduct. While police will not release the details of the note, they confirmed the nature of the message was anti-Semitic.
